I bought this item on 11/26/ of 1/11/13 I still have not received the item, even after leaving multiple email messages for this seller...There has been no contact whatsoever from this seller but I have been charged already for the item! I am not one to complain but I have no other choice as now the seller is "on vacation" I really am unhappy that the seller received payment immediately and no almost 2 months later I still have not received any word from the seller or the item :(

We sell vintage and we love it, but remember that some items may be in vintage condition. In our descriptions, we will try our hardest to describe any imperfections that our item may have. Every item is well handled and is kept as perfect as it was when it was found.

Vintage is what we are all about and love to see it shared with the Etsy community, but keep in mind of our shop policies prior to making your purchase. If you have any questions pertaining to Phoebe's Window, please ask and I will respond as soon as possible.

At the time of purchase, we accept only Paypal. After three days and the payment has not been confirmed , Phoebe has the right to cancel your transaction and re-list that item. Please tell us if you cannot pay at that time, and we would be happy to reserve your item until you can pay.

If for some reason you can not Pay using Paypal, you can contact Phoebe via Paypal and we may consider different methods of payment.

Payment can be tricky. If for some reason you have a problem or a question, just say so and Phoebe would gladly help!
Within the US, we ship packages U.S.P.S. priority for most of our orders. We may decide to use another carrier if your item is particularly large or bulky, and Phoebe will contact you via Paypal if so.

We want to make sure you have a safe transaction.So before purchasing, be sure to confirm your Paypal account to avoid later complications.

Items that are shipped internationally are shipped using U.S.P.S.
First class International, which is the most economical plan, but can result in slower shipping and eliminates the option to purchase insurance. Under certain circumstances, items may take longer than expected to ship, and may take up to three weeks. However, this only applies to items under four pounds. For an item weighing over four pounds, we will use U.S.P.S priority international. Although your item will arrive fairly quick, the cost of shipping will be much higher.

If you are interested in discussing a different method of shipping, just contact me with a shipping quote and Phoebe can arrange something to your preferences.

We may underestimate the cost of shipping and reserve the right to cancel your order and re-list that item. If that is the case, you do not have to reorder that item and have the option to change your mind if you prefer. If we overestimate the shipping by more than three dollars, we will refund your Paypal account for however much you overpaid.

Refunds and Exchanges
We love to see all of our customers satisfied and happy with their purchase. We sell vintage, so it is likely their will be flaws, whether it be a manufacturers flaw or an imperfection of time. Before buying a particular item, be sure to read the description and look over each of our pictures carefully.

If you happen to decide that you would like to refund an item, please note that shipping is not refundable, and the cost to ship it back is at your expense.We realize that an item may become damaged during the shipping process. We would be happy to refund your item as long as you send pictures and a description, this aside from shipping. If your item has come in a set, but only portion of the set has been damaged, we will only refund you for what has been damaged during shipping. If two of a set of four items have been damaged we will only refund 50%. We are also not held responsible and will not refund items if they have been damaged while in your possession.
