Great, quick, and just what I was looking for.

I have never spoken to their customer service. I can rate something I haven't experienced. I am however extremely happy with my purchase.

My fiance adores this item. I got it for his new truck and as an electrician he had a great little chuckle and was quick to install them on his truck. The only thing I took issue with is the fact that they didn’t come with any instructions on how to install them. Having said that my fiance is resourceful and figured something out. He now shows everyone he knows the backside of his truck whenever he gets the chance.

The seller promptly, accurately, and consistently communicated with me to ensure that I received the desired product. Furthermore, the seller demonstrated exceptional customer service by proactively gathering additional materials.

These things are tough. 1000 times more durable than I ever expected. Perfect description. Above and beyond my expectations. Responded to my one question within seconds! I don't use Etsy often, but things like this will make me look here rather than other places like *cough* Amazon *cough*. 😁

Great product but doesn’t include instructions; I just had to wing it but I figured it out.

Seems good quality, I’m curious if it will survive the winter temperatures but overall it’s a very good addition to an electrical company.
