Welcome to Phoenix and Hawkstag jewelry! My name is Rosamund, all the jewelry in this shop is made by me using wonderful vintage finds, new metal findings, luscious semi precious beads and real silk ribbon.

All jewelry will be shipped within 3 days of full payment being received. Payment must be made in full before goods can be dispatched. I accept payments made via PayPal only as this is the safest method of payment for you and me. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, you can enter your card details after Etsy checkout on the PayPal website - choose the option to pay by credit card instead of registering. Items will be sent to your Etsy address unless you provide clear instructions for a different address in the instructions to seller after payment is made.
The shipping prices in my shop cover packaging and postage. Each piece of jewelry comes lovingly wrapped in crisp, acid-free tissue paper inside a recycled card gift box, which is secured with a bow attached to elasticated cord, completed by a 'Phoenix and Hawkstag' tag. The box will be double-wrapped in bubble wrap and sent to you in a padded envelope.

~Non UK Customers~
All shipping is made using Royal Mail via standard Airmail for the United States and other countries. Your item should reach you within 10 working days of being shipped. There is no tracking although I obtain proof of postage on all parcels. If you want to track your purchase and require insurance, there is an additional shipping charge to cover the cost of postage by Royal Mail AirSure. Please contact me for information on the cost of this service, I will only charge you what the Post Office charges me.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any Customs charges and Taxes and duties incurred in their country. Charges made by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Where required during shipping, the value of the item will be listed as sold

~ UK Customers ~
Your jewellery will be posted via Royal Mail First or Second Class post and should be with you within 3 working days of being shipped. If you would prefer me to send your jewelry by Special Delivery, which is insured and is guaranteed to reach you within one working day of posting, please contact me for information on the cost of this service. I will only charge you what the Post Office charges me.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please allow for slight variances due to the nature of the materials used. I place a high priority on customer care and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I take great care to photograph my items so they are represented accurately and clearly. Occasionally it can be a real challenge when photographing jewelry to get all of the colours exactly spot-on, but if I feel a particular stone or material has come up slightly brighter or darker on a photo, I make sure to point this out in the description.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and we will agree an exchange or refund as appropriate. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. You will need to keep the 'proof of postage' when you return an item in case it is lost. If you are posting from overseas, you will need to mark the customs form as 'returned goods'.
For hygiene reasons, I cannot take refunds or exchanges for earrings, unless they are faulty.
