We offer our handmade products and fine vintage items for your pleasure and hope that you enjoy using them as much as we enjoy creating and finding them. Payment
We ONLY accept payment via PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout and require that items be paid within 3 days of purchase. Items that are not paid within 3 days of purchase will be relisted, the sale will be cancelled and an appropriate report will be filed. If you have a problem with payment after you make a purchase, contact us immediately, we will try to work with you.
INTERNATIONAL Buyers: VAT, GST or import charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping charges stated in this shop. VAT, GST or import charges are not applicable to this shop, we do not collect these fees. These charges are designated and collected by the buyer's country and are the responsibility of the buyer, paid at the time of delivery. For more information contact your country's customs or postal offices.
Shipping
Shipping is via USPS or UPS for most items. All items are carefully packed and shipped with delivery confirmation. We recommend insurance for valuable or delicate items and are happy to add any special services at your request. We will send you an email when your item ships. Because we have no control over the USPS, we are not responsible for items once they leave the farm. Be sure that your PayPal or Direct Checkout address is your current mailing address when you make your payment. We prefer to ship to confirmed addresses. If you need shipment elsewhere please inquire PRIOR to purchase, exceptions to confirmed address shipping are made on a case-by-case basis. If you do not ask before purchase, your item will be shipped to your confirmed address.
INTERNATIONAL Buyers: any customs or import surcharges are NOT included in stated shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are NOT APPLICABLE to our shop. We do not collect VAT, GST or import fees. These are paid by the buyer at the time of delivery. We do not mark merchandise as "gifts" for import purposes, this is illegal. Please allow at least two weeks for international deliveries, or longer, depending on the location of the buyer and local customs clearance times.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges for custom orders. Items are guaranteed as described. There are no refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, doesn't fit right, not what you imagined, etc. Ask questions before buying if a particular feature is important to you. If you feel an item is not as described you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to request a return. Prior approval is required for all returns. Refunds will be issued for items returned in the same condition as shipped. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping that are not insured. Should your item become lost or damaged and it was insured, contact us and the carrier immediately. We can advise you as to the proper insurer for your shipment. If you need help filing a claim you may contact us and we will try to assist you.
