We are happy to assist you with any problems or concerns that may occur with your new purchase. We use the finest quality materials that have been tested rigorously and manufacture hundreds of necklaces - so it's extremely unlikely that any problems will occur. If they do happen to occur we have no problem with making things right. We have had to revise our policy after a series of fraud attempts in 2005 to be more complete legally, however, our philosophy of quality, happiness, and customer satisfaction remain our guiding principles.

We will happily refund purchases within a 7 day period for material defect, shipping damage etc. In order to get a refund for material defect, simply contact us and we will give you mailing instructions for sending the jewelry back to us. If damage is consistent with material defect we will immediately issue a full refund, minus mailing costs. We will repair any damage due to material defect as a result of normal wear and use within 30 days free of charge (minus shipping cost to send it back to us). All items are shipped with delivery confirmation or tracking info, obviously any order that is lost in transit will be refunded. We will not be responsible for damages to the product as a result of mishandling, abuse, attempts at reverse engineering or disassembly.
We do not ship until full payment is received.
Shipping will usually be done via USPS 1st class but some orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx depending on your location and the item. We always use delivery confirmation or tracking information on our shipments.
