TERMS OF SERVICE FOR PURCHASES
TEMPLATE TERMS OF USEGeneral Disclaimer: Photo Box Designs templates are for the individual purchaser ONLY . It is prohibited to share or resell the .psd templates. It is for individual use for the purpose of creating a collage for clients using the templates within your own original creation or for personal use. You may sell the creation of a Photo Box Design once completed as a compressed file including your collage photos and additional add ons. However, you may not resell the template file as is. The templates and instructions are the property of creator.

What You Can Do With Photo Box Designs Templates
Sell these templates with your own images to your clients in the form of a printed, physical product.
You may provide images that have been edited with the Photo Box Designs as customized by you, to your client with the files as long as your client is unable to create a new derivative works from those files. You must flatten all files provided to your customer.
You may also use the templates in any print projects that are for your own business personal promotion.

What You Cannot Do With Photo Box Designs Templates:
Use the templates or any other product designed and sold by Photo Box Designs in full or in part to resell to any person other than your photography client on another website such as Etsy, Creative Market, or your own website. This includes flattened files or files that you would self print.
Sell these templates or any other product that Photo Box Designs sells to anyone for any reason in full or partial form.
Claim these products and designs as your own.
Give away via digital transfer or any other method of transfer of files to any other person.
Use products in any way not covered within these terms. boards, file sharing sites, in a downloadable format.
Important Product Information
File Format: All products are delivered as a digital download. Some products are .psd files and others .png. You must read the description of the product to understand which file you are purchasing.
Printer Compatibility: Photo Box Designs will not be responsible for poor printing due to negligence on the purchasers part (for not converting to the chosen printer’s print profiles, not understanding or formatting for a printers bleed or size requirements, not checking with the printer before ordering, or any other reason.) Compatibility with every printer is not guaranteed nor warranted.
Licensee should make a back-up disk of the purchased products in order to re-install should the product be flattened accidentally during use, or lost due to computer failure.
Photo Box Designs makes no warranty expressed or implied regarding the fitness of the Product(s) for a particular purpose or that Photo Box Designs will be suitable or appropriate for the specific requirements of the purchasers intent.
The Vendor does not warrant that use of the Photo Box Designs Products will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Licensee accepts that software in general is prone to bugs and flaws within an acceptable level as determined in the industry.
Fonts: Not all templates have editable text or components. It is the purchaser's responsibility to read the product listing and ask questions BEFORE purchasing. Some products have text and other elements such as clip art flattened into the layers.
Fonts: To edit text in these products you may need to purchase and/or locate additional fonts. Due to copyright laws we are unable to include the fonts with the products, so fonts used inside the products may not be available on your computer. We try to build our products using free or easily accessible fonts that can be found on the internet. However, we do not guarantee any font download or the availability of those fonts at any point during or after the purchase.

Receipt of Your Purchase
Once your payment is processed, we will send you a link for digital download. You should expect the links within 24 hours of your purchase. If you do not receive your links within 24 hours check your spam folder for an email from us. If it’s still not there, send us an email to photoboxdesigns@gmail.com and we’ll re-send them.

Return Policies; Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or offer any refunds. You acknowledge that all products on the Website are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy
Please back up the Templates that you have downloaded from the links we send to you for archival purposes. We cannot guarantee that the exact templates will be available in the future, as our designs may alter from year to year and cannot be held responsible if you have lost your digital template for an exact reproduction.

If you have purchased Templates from this Website, we will resend the links for download for free ONLY if you are able to verify your purchase. You will need to provide us with your receipt via email address used for payment, first and last name of buyer. You may also send us a digital copy of the receipt from your purchase.
If you cannot provide your proof of purchase information listed above, we will not resend the links for download.

Service and Support
We provide tutorials for use with many of our products. We DO NOT provide Photoshop technical support. It is assumed that if you are purchasing our products that you have a basic working knowledge of Photoshop, layers and masks.

License
Under this End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”), Photo Box Designs grants to the purchaser a non-exclusive and non-transferable license (the “License”) to use Photo Box Products. By using these products you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms and conditions will result in punishment to the maximum extent of the law. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of Photo Box Designs Products remain exclusively with the Vendor. Intellectual property rights include the look and feel of the Products. ​
