thank you for your feedback. kindly note, there is a notice in the description stating this is not an official legal document. it is recommend to take to your lawyer for approval or any edits required for your state. this is strictly a template to get you started.

4 out of 5 starsAt first I didn't feel the item matched the description so I emailed the shop owner. She replied so quickly and courteously and the 'issue' was resolved fast. The item wasn't totally what I was looking for but was helpful in the end. I would purchase again from this store, excellent service.
