Announcement   My writing instruments are made of particularly beautiful woods from around the world. You can purchase a matching pen and pencil set (at a small discount from individual prices), or you can just purchase a pen or pencil separately.

Also available are various projects made on my lathe or my scroll saw. If you wish to purchase one of the projects, but with something different on it, you can special-order for an additional $5. Otherwise, for the most part, I have one available and will make more when the one is sold.

I also have beautiful greeting cards available in sets of 10. You can purchase 10 of the same card, or choose an assortment. The cards come with 10 envelopes.

About

From classroom to woodshop and photo lab

I've always worked with my hands and I've always had at least a simple camera. Now that I'm retired from teaching, I have acquired the additional tools for my shop and a better camera for my photographer self, I am able to spend much more time in my woodshop making beautiful projects, in the field shooting interesting sights, and at the computer, fixing them up and putting them on Etsy.

Taking up more serious photography in my retirement, I have decided that some of my photos should be shared with the world. So, I have added them to my pens and pencils with which I began the shop.

Welcome to my shop! When you look at it, it may seem as if I can't make up my mind about what to do with my time and share with you, but it makes sense to me. Since I retired, I've been working with my two hobbies: photography and woodworking. I really enjoy both and want to share the results of my efforts in both...so I created this shop. I have photo cards, pens you can use to write those cards, and photo images in 3 sizes to add some more beauty to your decor. I also now have other projects that I've created on the lathe and on my scroll saw that make perfect gifts or home beautification objects. So, peruse my shop and if you do purchase, be sure to send some feedback to me. Bob King

Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that the pens / pencils I have listed are only a small percentage of those I can produce. I currently have 28 different combinations of pen and finish multiplied by 40 different pen blanks (wood species) which give me 1120 options to make. I can't stock that many pens at once, so I have provided a few samples and the options available in pen styles, finishes, and woods (blanks).
If you'd like a print out of the available pen styles and blanks, email me and I will send you one by return email.
