Throughout his career Alexander had a privilege to work closely with some of Portugal's most respected architects and has been published in numerous international magazines. In his work Alexander puts emphasis on creating highly accurate architectural images by using only natural light and a very delicate post production, which results in a realistic representation of space. His calling to document the work of architects has been the main driver behind his pursuit of "visual poetry".
In practicing his craft above all Alexander is searching to distill the complexity of our environment down to simplicity of shapes and forms. His photographic style is best know for geometric precision, rigorous compositions and timeless minimalist aesthetic.
