5 out of 5 starsI’m really happy with my canvas! I was getting a gift for my friend’s office, and wanted to take peloton quotes and make them relevant for work/ office. The seller worked with me to customize the quotes, and also went through a few iterations of colors until I liked it. I was so happy, I ended up getting a 2nd one for my office! Then, when the canvases arrived, one was perfect, and one had a small printing issue with the corner. The seller rectified immediately. Throughout the process, she was highly responsive and consultative. Thank you!

1 out of 5 starsI ordered two of these adorable candles as part of a special gift basket to a business. I messaged the seller asking for expedited shipping after I placed my order since regular arrival date was showing it would arrive only the day before I needed it, and didn’t want to risk it being delayed. Seller was so sweet and said if I sent her $15 extra through Venmo she would hurry and expedite. So I did, and the candles never arrived. Not within 3 days like I had paid extra for, and still have not received them. The item is still showing in transit. They did issue a full refund for the candles through Etsy, but did not get refunded for the extra $15 I paid for expedited shipping. I don’t think it’s the sellers fault it was lost, she was very kind, but just a frustrating situation to try and figure out…and still never saw the candles.
