Custom and personalized orders + returns/exchanges
RETURNS or EXCHANGES: We do not stock inventory on any items. Because every item is custom made per the customers exact request, there are no returns or exchanges for simply deciding you just don’t want the item or for ordering the wrong size or color. In the event that we determine a refund or exchange is acceptable, the customer will be responsible for sending the item back (unwashed and unworn) at the customers expense. We do not cover return shipping costs.
In the event of an EXCHANGE customers are responsible for the return of the original item (unwashed and unworn) as well as the cost to ship a new item, as we will cover all the costs of purchasing a new blank item and printing costs.
Care instructions
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions: Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle. Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry. No-Nos: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
How long does it take to print and ship?
Because all of our items are custom made to order, production time, during normal ordering periods, is generally 10 business days + shipping, but can take up to 3 weeks for production, beginning the business day after the order is placed. We do not stock any inventory, we print every item individually exactly the way you want it. That is how we are able to offer so many different upgrade options from ring spun cotton shirts, long sleeve, hoodies, v-necks, tank tops and more. Every t-shirt design we offer is available from 2T up to 6XL so theres a size for everyone.
How are the shirts printed?
In order to deliver “made to order” items we use a process called Direct to Film (“DTF”) printing. What is DTF Printing? Direct to Film Printing (“DTF”) is technique involves printing your design directly onto a film and then transferring it to a T-shirt. This ensures durability and print quality. All images on the site are “mock-ups” of the designs and not actual printed shirts. Colors and size may vary from the image on the site.
