The glasses were beautiful, as pictured! Problems with shipping, package couldn't be located, website is in French so really needed seller to assist. Though the website was incorrect/not up to date saying the package had been stuck at customs for weeks when it was actually at our local post office the whole time. Attempts to deliver to the our house were not recorded on website nor notifications left at house. Seller did attempt to locate package, but unable to. I had to call different post offices to find the package. Overall shipping was a hassle. Recommend using a different shipper. Other international packages I've received have gone much smoother so I know it's possible.
