Frequently asked questions
How many days will it take to receive my order?
During the Holiday Season orders will be ready to ship in 3-5 business days after your proof has been approved (If you request one in Note To Seller). I strive to get it done sooner.
I ship all orders, small or large, Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days for delivery. This guarantees speedier delivery to you!
(USPS First Class Mail can take anywhere from 2-7 days)
I am not currently shipping internationally.
Do you send a proof before printing?
I've noted in each listing to please request a proof in "Note To Seller" if you would like to see one. I'm absolutely happy to do so, and will send a PDF via Etsy Convo or Email.
If it's not requested, I normally do not provide a proof. I only ask that you double check your spelling when you write the name, initials or sentiment you would like as I copy and paste it into my design directly from your notes.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As a general rule, returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the fact that all listings are personalized.
However, if I made a mistake or if your items are damaged in shipping I will gladly replace the order!
May I request changes/variations to the design or after I see a proof?
Absolutely! Make it yours! I want you to love it.
If your request involves major design changes or a new design we may discuss creating a custom order.
