First of all, I have to say that Amber is extremely timely and professional. I gave the shop the wrong shipping address and messaged her right after I put the order in. She responded immediately and was able to change the address. Then I got an email with a shipping notification that said the other address so I messaged her to verify and she reassured me that it was going to the right address and sent me a copy of the billing receipt to ease my mind. Both times I was amazed at how fast she responded. I ordered two mugs. One in black and one in pink. They both arrived in perfect condition packed neatly in bubble wrap so they wouldn’t break. Also, they arrived a few days early! Super happy with this purchase and the shop.

I ordered this lovely mug as a Christmas present for the “Susie to my Midge” — I was heartbroken when it arrived with a broken handle. I messaged the shop owner to let her know and she was super easy to work with and kind and express shipped me a new one which arrived today in perfect condition!!
