Piddleloop's Shop Policies
We are proud to announce starting on april 14th, any bag with a dog, cat or paw print on it (embroidered mr kittys included) will donate 20% of the proceeds of each bag monthly to the kibble kitchen, a pet food pantry in our community. We are very excited to help the animals in our community eat and not be surrendered.

We ship everything flat rate priority
We ship usually within 24 hrs of payment unless otherwise noted on the shop announcements
We do not ship on weekends, shipping is always mon-thurs and sometimes fridays
We do not ship any other way, please do not ask for first class shipping. There are reasons priority shipping is set into place, especially for global priority due to insurance.
******We usually insure orders over around 100$ + (put of our pocket) if you request you do not want it insured in the comments, we cannot refund you for lost or damaged items.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is something wrong with the item please let me know ASAP
We pride ourselves on our quality, but we are human and not 100% perfect. Once you contact us, we'll send you $$ to cover shipping the item back to us and once received we'll fix it, offer you a new one, or refund you.
If you choose a grommet please make sure you realize that requires us to cut a hole in the fabric. If you choose to have a grommet in your bag, all sales will be final. We normally only put grommets on the piddly (small box bag) and the large box bags, and sometimes the triangle.
They don't really work well in any size wedge bag. Please be forewarned.
