Payment
Any orders placed must be paid in full prior to fabrication.

I accept payment through Pay Pal only and will also refund through Pay Pal. Payment must be received within 3 days unless you contact me and make other arrangements. If payment is not received within 3 days I will cancel the order.

I do accept E-checks through paypal. Once the E-check has cleared I will begin the fabrication of your item.I accept payment through Pay Pal only and will also refund through Pay Pal.
Shipping
I ship orders throughout the week and sometimes on Saturday! Once your order has shipped and email will be sent to you via PayPal with confirmation that it has been shipped.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
I ship all domestic orders through Pay Pal. Please make sure your shipping address is correct on your Pay Pal Account or it will not be eligible for their Protection Plan.

I ship everything via USPS First Class mail (3-6 days) with a delivery confirmation. IF you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express, please let me know at time of purchase. All orders $70.00 or more will be insured.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International buyers are responsible for their country's customs tax. I will not mark items as gift nor change the values to accommodate a lower tax fee.
FIRST class mail can NOT be tracked unless being shipped Express Mail. If you want to upgrade your order, please let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges
I offer 100% customer satisfaction. If you have a lost or damaged item, you must convo me within a week of shipment not 1 weeks later.

Most items in my shop are made to specifically fit the recipient. I will be charging a 10% restocking fee on items returned, rings, pendants. Etsy does not reimburse the fees I pay if I refund a customer.

On custom ordered rings, please make sure of your ring size. I make my rings on a steel mandrel and also double check the size on a plastic mandrel. All mandrels differ from some degree or another.
