Hello! We’re Chad & Jessie Pierron, the husband and wife team behind Pierron & Co. The two of us not only have a background in design and photography, but are world travelers as well. After we tied the knot in September 2015, we decided to mix together our love of travel & creativity. Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
RETURNS:
All eligible items that have not been used, worn, or altered must be returned within 14 days of delivery date in order to qualify for a refund. Please contact Pierron & Co. with your order number and the reason for your return. The customer is responsible for any shipping cost that incur when shipping the item back to Pierron & Co.. Once Pierron & Co. receives and verifies the item is in its original condition, Pierron & Co. will issue a full refund minus the original cost of shipping.

EXCHANGES:
All eligible items not used, worn, or altered within 30 days of delivery date will qualify for an exchange. Please contact Pierron & Co. regarding any exchanges.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item was damaged in transit, please send photo evidence of the packaging and damage. Once the photos are accessed, we will determine whether to issue a new item.
Payment
Placing your order with payment reserves your spot on our calendar. No orders will begin or will be completed without payment. Your ship date is not reserved until you place an order with payment.
Shipping
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the shipping address is correct before purchasing.

Most items from Pierron & Co. will ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days. If needed sooner, please contact Pierron & Co. at the time of purchase.

All items will ship USPS and will have a tracking number available for the customer’s convenience.

If the customer would like Insurance, please add the INSURANCE upgrade to the order.

If an item is lost in transit or if it says “delivered” on the tracking and the customer did not receive the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the item down with USPS.

Once the package is in the custody of USPS, Pierron & Co. is no longer liable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Pierron & Co. is not liable for any fees incurred after the package has shipped (this includes customs fees, handling fees, VAT charges, etc.).

Be advised once the customer’s package leaves the U.S., Pierron & Co. is not able to track the package’s progress anymore.

Shipping times will vary from country to country so Pierron & Co. cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Once the package leaves the U.S., the package will be kept at the customer’s country’s border to go through customs.

If the customer has questions regarding the package’s location after it leaves the U.S., contact your local post.
