Pigasus Studio thinks pigs can fly just fine, thank you very much.

Pigasus dabbles, a little of this, a little of that. Though currently focusing on leather goods, she's also worked in metals (jewelry), photography, printmaking, and ceramics (and has even created tracking journals for ceramics).

Basically, anything goes.

We're pleased to announce that we now have items available. We're working our little fingers off to make more, and we also do custom orders if you have something specific in mind.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

As we want you to be happy with our offerings we see no reason to make you keep a product you don't like!

Please note, however, that:

(a) DIGITAL products are non-returnable thus also non-refundable. Only PHYSICAL products can be returned for a refund (be it full or partial, see below).

(b) Each returned item must be in a salable condition when we receive it in order for us to be able to provide a refund. Pigsaus Studio is the sole judge of "salable condition" but rest assured that we are fair judges and certainly any obvious damage in transit will not be held against you (if it was damaged when you received it, be sure to document that and let us know when you request the RMA).

(c) The refund amount for STANDARD products will be the full sold price, less shipping if there was a shipping charge at the time of your order.

(d) The refund amount for CUSTOM products will be the sold price less the non-refundable deposit amount, if any, and less shipping if there was a shipping charge at the time of your order.

(e) We reserve the right to refund without accepting a returned product -- some things simply cost less than shipping would cost to get it back to us.

(f) WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO ISSUE A REFUND AT ALL. This would be on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Pigasus Studio. In addition to criteria (b) above, customer habits will be used in making our determination. Some scenarios where we would be most likely to refuse a refund request include but are not limited to: damaged goods (either as shipped or during transit) without proof of it being damaged upon receipt, buying small items and habitually requesting refunds (re "e" above), or buying items and habitually returning them. Our sales software channels do not all have a way to block a buyer, but we can certainly track customer buying and returning habits and use that data to protect our business. We are, however, under no obligation to disclose that data as "proof" when denying your return request.


If you're requesting the return of an item as "damaged upon receipt", we ask that you provide images of the damaged package (if applicable) and/or the damage to the product at the time you request the RMA.


We pay the return shipping costs IF:

(1) you contact us within 7 days of delivery and request an RMA,

(2) you use the shipping label we make available to you, and

(3) you submit it to the shipping company within 7 days of when we provide the RMA and shipping label to you. You will need to be able to print the shipping label yourself.

Note that the number of days listed above are guidelines, we reserve the right to be more (but not less) flexible, within reason. :0)

Note also that while you are welcome to ship back to us at your cost, we will not refund such return shipping costs and any loss or damage in transit would be your liability. We will not refund such items without receipt of product, and we will not cover loss of or damage to shipments we do not initiate.


FIRST: Contact us at Returns [!at] Pigasus.Studio to request an RMA number and shipping label.

SECOND: Ship it promptly using the provided shipping label.

THIRD: *some* sales channels might require that you as the customer initiate a return request through their site, others will allow us to do that from our end. IF you need to do it, we'll let you know!

We happily take custom orders and commissions. However, on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion we do request a deposit, and at times that deposit would be non-refundable. The determination of the need for, the amount of, and the refundability of such a deposit is based on a variety of things, such as but not limited to the materials needed (do we have them? are they easily available or hard to get? how expensive are they?), time anticipated (does the commissioned work -- or the customer's requested turnaround time -- significantly lessen the time we have to make other salable items?) and overall general appeal and affordability (how likely is it that someone else would buy it if the requestor elected not to do so after all, or purchased it and returned it? will the end product be at a price-point on par with our usual (or desired) customer base's willingness to spend?). We will clearly let you know if there will be a deposit required, how much, and whether or not it would be refundable prior to finalizing the custom order so that you can consider those facts in your buying decisions.
Digital products should be available to you within minutes. For standard physical products, please allow up to 1 - 3 days for processing items, unless otherwise noted. Shipping times from there will vary by method chosen at checkout.
