Frequently asked questions
Do you provide a proof for personalized items?
Only business cards and change of address cards require review/approval, and are sent via Etsy Message. I do not send a proof of other personalized items. If I don't receive a response after (2) attempts/or (5) business days, business cards and change of address cards will be shipped as designed.
Can you print on the back of business cards?
I can print a few lines of text on the back of your business card free of charge, just ask!
Can you create a custom logo or banner for my website?
Although I'm happy to work with you to print your own logo on stationery products, I don't sell digital images.
A note about colors
I do my best to ensure that photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies of various monitors, lighting sources, and digital photography, I cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. The finished product may be slightly different than it appears in the preview.
