REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - In the very unlikely circumstance that an order is lost or damaged in transit, we will do our best to offer a replacement, partial credit or refund as necessary.

If the shipment was insured, we will aid in the search and location attempt for the overdue or missing shipment. In order to file a claim with the USPS, the Seller / Buyer must wait 30 days.

Otherwise, you should contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item for a refund, and ONLY then if item is NOT AS DESCRIBED. The item should then be returned in the same condition as you received it.

If somehow, we fail to properly describe the item or note a substantial defect and you would like to return the item, we will refund your purchase price in full along with your shipping fee.

PAYPAL - Payment should be made within 3 days of sale date.

MONEY ORDER - We only accept USPS Money Orders in US funds and payment should be received within 7 days of sale date.

Please contact us to make arrangements for LOCAL PICKUP or any special requests.

Sales tax applies to items shipped to Colorado at the rate of 3.9%. If you have a current Colorado Resale / Tax # and wish to use this, please convo us with your number, name and business name and we will be happy to send you a invoice without the tax.

SHIPPING: Standard U.S. - We choose to ship by what is generally the least expensive method of transit for the given order. This will usually be USPS.

Upon receiving your cleared payment, we always provide QUALITY packaging and usually ship within 2 business days.

If your order is for a book or other qualifying Media Mail (book rate) item, this is the method we will use. Please keep in mind, Media Mail, though less expensive, does tend to take longer .

SHIPPING: Multiple Items - if buying multiple items, we'll be happy to send you a combined shipping & handling invoice, if requested prior to purchase.

SHIPPING: Expedited / Alternative Carriers -
Expedited and other shipment methods / carriers available upon request.

NON-U.S. Shipments - we ship Worldwide, please send us a convo for a rate quote.

HANDLING - our quoted shipping fee includes a very reasonable, small packaging and handling fee. For U.S. orders, this fee is a minimum of $1 per order (or $2 per order for Foreign addresses,) up to 2 items, in addition to the actual postage cost. Please keep in mind, our handling fee must not only attempt to cover the cost of the packaging materials, but also should cover a bit of our time enabling us to offer you the utmost in QUALITY PACKAGING and to help assure that you will receive your goods in the same condition as when shipped.

Should your order require special packaging, box, tube, etc. this will be reflected in the quoted shipping fee.

INSURANCE - is NOT included (unless otherwise stated), though is available for any U.S. purchase. Insurance is advised for orders totaling over $50 or if of a very fragile nature, such as glass.

CUSTOMS - Non-U.S. buyers please note... any customs duties and taxes are your responsibility.
