All my items are hand knitted by me. I knit and sew all items with needles (no machine knit or sew) I prefer to use high quality yarns, pure and natural yarns, without acrylic adds.
If you have questions, please don't hesitate ask to see colors better, change the shape or size of items and etc.

Please note that I am accepting only PAYPAL for payment.
You can pay either simply using your credit card or by logging into your Pay-Pal account if you have one.
If payment is not received and no contact has been made within 48 hours I will need to cancel the sale and re-list the item.
I ship all items with registered mail as registered letter (until 2kg) Worldwide
There are no custom costs for you if you receive registered letter!
Items are shipped via Italian Post Registered Mail provided with tracking number
DELIVERY TIME: International delivery time may vary from 1 to 4 weeks, depends on your location and post offices speed About 2-4 weeks to America, Australia.
Refunds and Exchanges
Most of all, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you feel you received something very different from what you ordered, or if something goes terrible wrong, please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of item. We will replace your item or you will get a refund if it's sent back unused and in original condition.
If the item turns back as " unclaimed" we must ask you to pay the shipping costs again.
If you do not want re-shipping of custom made "unclaimed and returned" item
we refund the cost of item minus 33% of total price as the minimum of handling the parcel, ordering the custom yarns and spending time to make a custom work.
Return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Shipping charges are not refundable!
We do not accept returns for custom made items what are not listed in shop.
(modifications on shape, design, totally new item and so one)
We also can't accept returns based of color shadow differences as all items are hand-knitted and the color shadows may bit varier from yarn-lot to other or because different computer screen may show colors in different way from original.

One request for You who ask custom work for some item what is not listed.
Please, do not ask me make photos while the work is in the middle.
I work mostly with several orders together and looking for right light, make photos, download them and send is very stressful and takes away a lot of priceless time.
I make the photo of item when it is finished and send to you for preview.
