Thanks for stopping and looking at my creations. Before ordering, please take a moment to read Policies below.
I accept payment via Paypal. Paypal it is safe payment method, free for buyers and easy to register. If you not able to use Paypal, please contact me and we will discuss other payment methods. I do not accept money orders and checks. I do not ship any items until payment is recieved. Please make your payment within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, if payment is not received, I will cancel the order and re-list the item. Ofcourse, I'll inform you before.
• I ship worldwide.
• Your item will ship via registered Airmail from Ukraine through Ukrpost (national postal service of Ukraine).
• I could provide number of your shipment. Although, in some countries local post services does not support online tracking for international shipments, such as France, Germany, Italy, UK, Australia. If you from country which listed above, your shipment will be trackable only while it is in Ukraine.
• Shipping costs include shipping, insurance, handling and packaging.
• Make sure your Etsy address is correct. Your item will be shipped to this address and not Paypal address.
• Please, contact me if your item should be shipped to another address.
Terms & Delivery Time:
• Orders will be mailed within 1-2 days after payment or after your custom item is ready.
• Usually delivery time takes about 1-2 weeks, in some cases up to 3 weeks or more, depends of destination.
•Average delivery time for:
- United States: 10-21days (I expirienced 1 delay to US up to 4 weeks)
- Canada: 14-21days
- Europe: 7-14days
- Australia: 14-21days, but sometimes takes longer, up to 30days.
- Rest of world: 14-21days or longer, depends of location
**Please note: transit time may vary depend on location, post work and holidays, so I cannot guarantee exact arrival time. If you not received your item within 40days, please, contact me, I'll start official search and make a refund for you.
• Customers responsible for local custom taxes and duties. To avoid that in most cases I can mark your package as “gift” on custom declaration.
Refunds and Exchanges
• Please, be sure to read full description of item and look at all pictures of item before to buy. Description contains sizes, materials, colors, care instruction and other important information what should help you to make right choice. It will save yours and my time and energy.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to make a return or exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Please, do not use items which you want return, they must be in the same new condition as received. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Specific or personalized custom orders cannot be returned.
• If you not happy with your item, please contact me before leaving feedback. We’ll try to find solution.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If your order is custom, please allow 2-7 days to produce your item/items. If it take less time, I’ll let you know. I do my best to finish all custom orders as quick as possible.
