When you pay by credit card through Etsy Direct Checkout your statement will read "Etsy.com".

For Buyers in the USA paying by money order: Please contact me in advance of purchase so I can activate this option for you. I allow two weeks to receive payment. Orders not paid for within that time frame will be canceled.

Sales Tax:
Ohio residents must pay 7.25% sales tax. This will be automatically calculated at time of purchase.

Canceling an Order:
If you need to cancel or change your order you must email me within 24 hrs of ordering the item. If the item has already shipped I will not be able to cancel your order.

I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If payment has already been made a refund will be issued back to you for the order I canceled.
Shipping
I ship to the USA and APO/FPO addresses. Orders ship via United States Postal service with delivery confirmation.

Processing time and shipping time are two different things. Processing time is the time it takes for me to make your order. Processing times are 1-5 business days sometimes I can ship sooner.

Shipping Times (delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed):
Depending on your location delivery times are usually 3-5 business days from the ship date, but can take longer.

Delivery Times: I cannot make any guarantee regarding delivery times.

The shipping charge is to cover shipping and handling to the address you provide at time of checkout. I ship to the address provided on the receipt. Please double check that you have provided the correct address. Please note that items returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or any other reason excepting a post office error cannot be re-shipped unless another shipping fee is paid.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns- Notify me within 48 hours of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping and must place item in the mail within 3 business days of receipt. Upon timely receipt of the item in its original condition a refund will be issued.

It is important you contact me to let me know of the return and that the item is mailed within 3 business days of receipt. Due to the personal nature of the items, all sales are considered final after this time period. Please note that all unsolicited packages will be refused and I will not issue a refund without prior notice of return and receipt of the item in unused condition.

I will, at my discretion, replace or repair a defective item. I will not replace or repair item(s) or provide refunds for any item that has been significantly modified and/or used for any other purpose than a fashion accessory.

Additional policies and FAQs
If your item arrives damaged: Take pictures of the packaging and the item(s) immediately, retain all packaging and/or written information from the delivery service and/or customs. Contact me within 48 hours with a description of damage and the pictures. Buyer must cooperate fully with any investigation by the delivery agency and/or insurer to be eligible for a full refund.

Messaging system: I use the messaging system for current or future retail buyers, and to answer questions about my items and shipping services. Please do not send solicitations or advertisements for product or services (treasury convos just fine, of course). I do not use the site selling system for wholesale, therefore I am prohibited by the site from responding with relevant information regarding wholesale. I do appreciate your interest in my items; I do not respond to solicitation of services or products and am prohibited from responding to wholesale inquires through the site messaging system.
