1 out of 5 starsWhen measure against other new alpaca socks, this pair was 1 " shorter . What business would state the size of 8 to 9 on men's clothing ? It appears that is the case with this seller . American men's sizes are as such : 7 - 8 , 8 - 9 , 9 - 10 etc. This pair of socks will rip on my tonails when these stretch ! I will purchase more from " Go With Official " instead and steer clear of this seller ; and also warn others too .

Sadly this is an uncalled for review. If the buyer had reached out to us to let us know that there was a problem we would have worked with him to refund his purchase or get him a larger size sock. This item had 4 five star reviews this year so it could be a problem with the pair sent to him which we would have gladly rectified. When a buyer blind sides you with negative feedback it hurts your ratings and doesn’t give a true picture of your business. We honor a satisfaction guarantee and give full refunds on all returns for any reason. This review would never have happened had the buyer just reached out instead of reaching for his keyboard. All product sales go directly to the care of our animals, we sell hundreds of items on multiple platforms each year and work hard for repeat and satisfied customers.

They are my first alpaca socks--I usually wear wool socks, but to be honest, I found that my feet would sweat and the socks would get damp and my feet often got cold. So I thought I would try these and I'm amazed that my feet, while they still might be sweating, are staying warm because these socks stay dry!!! I will be ordering more definitely!!!
