The shop princess is always on the hunt for a lap and keeping us informed of meal times.
Murray patrols the workshop inspecting every step of the process- in between cat naps, of course.

If you are an Etsy rookie, here's a guide on how to purchase:
We will start making your product after receiving payment.
- USPS tracking numbers are sent through Etsy.
- If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate you.
- We will deliver to the address listed on the order unless you indicate otherwise.
- We never include any price info in our packages and are more than happy to write a gift message if you are sending directly to someone special. Please write the message in "note to seller" when purchasing.
- Gift wrapping with newsprint paper and yarn is available on some items free of charge upon request.
- If your package doesn't arrive as scheduled, we suggest calling your local post office. The person on your route seems to be the best resource for finding a missing package.
- If USPS returns your package to us, we will happily send it again after you provide a new address and pay the additional shipping charges.
- We ship USPS First Class international. It usually takes 10 days but can be longer. Chicago is the end of the US tracking and door to door tracking is only available for a select few countries.
- If something goes wrong once it is out of USPS control this will be between you and your domestic delivery service.
- Priority International may be available- please contact for details and pricing
- Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- If unclaimed and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping to resend.
- If your order's price exceeds the limit for tax free import, you will be charged VAT as well as a Royal Mail fee upon delivery of the package. These additional fees are NOT postage fees and are the responsibility of the UK shopper. You will be responsible for all tariffs and fees once the package reaches it's destination.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us and we will do what we can to correct the situation. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
We do accept returns for most products, including some personalized, but do not refund shipping charges unless there is a mistake or defect. With the purchase of an item you are agreeing to this policy.
