What if my item is defective or broken when I received it?
We will replace any items that are broken or defective if reported within 48 hours of delivery date.
What if I never received my package in the mail?
PiNetration provides tracking numbers for all packages shipped. PINetration is not responsible for any items claimed unreceived when package is verified as DELIVERED by USPS.
