Most shoes are available in USA regular sizes 5-11 & in a few cases 12. Some styles are also available in wide sizes.

Please note that due to shoe size differences; applique and crystal placement may vary slightly from the image displayed.

Also, colors may vary slightly due to variations in computer monitor display settings. Clients are encouraged to mail me their color swatch or purchase swatches from my shop.

Care instructions

Dyeable satin shoes are delicate and are not colorfast. If dyeable satin shoes are exposed to moisture the dye will bleed. You can minimize this by not wearing your shoes where they may get wet, such as in damp grass and on rainy days. If you feel that you need to have your shoes cleaned for any reason we recommend having it done professionally.

Your shoes have been pre sprayed Free with a professional rain guard spray to help protect your shoes from very small amounts of moisture. This does not render your shoes waterproof.

With the first couple wears of your new shoes, you may experience some color rubbing on your foot. With dark colors in particular this is normal. Soap and water can be used to remove any color rubbing on your foot.

Dyeable Satin Shoes ARE Not WATERPROOF

Your color shoes are dyed with a water-soluble dye and will run if exposed to water. Our Free Protective Service includes a water- protecting spray that has been used to minimize the damage done by moisture, but they do not render the shoes totally waterproof! Shoes that have been water-protected can not be redyed.

As with all satin shoes you should take care not to get them wet. With dark dye colors (such as blue, purple and red) you may experience some "rub" on your feet when you first wear the shoes however it will come off your skin with soap and water.

Do not try to clean your satin shoes on your own. Please talk to a professional dry cleaning service.

RUSH ORDERS:

If you need an order before my current processing time please SEND A CONVO before purchasing.

Don't just put a date under instructions to seller. Rush dates are not valid unless you receive a response from me verifying that I can deliver your product on the requested date that falls before the current turnaround.

Orders are processed in the order they are received UNLESS it is a rush order. If you require a RUSH order and pay the extra fee this is what happens:
Your order will be put at the top of my design, production and shipping list.

RUSH options are not always available. It depends on several factors if I can make your requested timeline which is why I require a convo first.

How Soon Should I Place My Order?

Once you have decided on the shoes you want, I believe it's best to order as soon as you are able to.

This is the busiest time of year for my shop as brides are busy completing their wedding plans in advance to avoid the rush or any problems.

If you have a specific shoe that you want, I would suggest ordering now while inventories and supplies last. I really can't guarantee the same items will be available from week to week.

You don't want to be disappointed by waiting too long to place your order only to find the shoes or size you wanted are on back order, sold out or no longer available.

My goal has always been to please my clients and for them not to settle for something less than what they originally wanted.
