Welcome! I’m Francesca - the Owner, designer and creator behind Pink Diamond Designz.
I have been a Christian artist, and graphic designer for over 30 years. I am based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I began drawing at the young age of 4 and realized that God had given my a great talent. I started my own graphic design business at age 12 and my first professional job was to make designs for the 1984 Olympics using one of my created fonts and drawings. I was super excited! I also won many drawing competitions and was accepted to a presitigious art college at the age of 12. I have now been selling my designs for over 40 years!
The artist in me has always been extremely organized and always found ways to organize and streamline my home. Everyone always complimented my style, organization and loved the way I decorated and streamlined my homes. Some even called me “anal” about having a place for everything and being too organized. 😬 I was hired by family, friends and businesses to not only organize their homes and business but to streamline them and put policies and procedures in place. I loved it! So, I decided to create my own labels, decals and stickers. I hope they bring a little joy and organization into your life! I offer a variety of home organization stickers as well as faith based, patriotic, inspirational quotes, sayings, and whimsical car decals and stickers. Creating is my passion and I love sharing it with the world!

Due to COVID-19 we have been seeing some mailing disruptions with USPS. Issues we are sometimes seeing include shipping delays, not scanning packages in like they are supposed to do, and scanning orders as delivered 1 to 2 days before they are actually delivered which is so frustrating for both myself and my customers.
Orders will be shipped to the address listed on file with Etsy when you checkout. Please make sure your address is correct before checking out.
Please remember that INTERNATIONAL orders can take anywhere from 7-25 business days to receive.
Any refunds issued due to not receiving the item will not include shipping costs.

How do I apply my decal/sticker?
Each label, sticker and vinyl decals comes with a detailed application instruction sheet.
REMEMBER: Decals, Labels and Stickers are made with permanent adhesive, so you must be confident with your placement as they will NOT be able to be removed and placed again.
*I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING LABELS, DECALS/STICKERS THAT ARE APPLIED INCORRECTLY OR THAT DO NOT STICK TO YOUR SURFACE*
My decal/sticker didn't apply correctly! Can I have a refund?
Unfortunately, because the decals/stickers are made to order, I cannot provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for customer error.
I try my best to ensure application is easy and seamless through a detailed instruction sheet included with every decal and sticker purchase.
Remember, decals and stickers will not stick to surfaces that are dirty, wet or surfaces that are NOT smooth or hard. Please ensure that you have read and understood the ENTIRE instruction sheet before applying your decal or sticker.
I haven’t received my item.
Once your order is dropped off at the post office, it is in the control of USPS and out of my control. Unfortunately, if your order has been marked as "delivered" by USPS, I cannot be much help in the situation. 😞
If you are having trouble locating your package, please call your local post office. Sadly, I cannot replace items that have been marked "delivered" by USPS. I recommend shipping your item to a secure, safe address, or to a work address where you can receive it directly from USPS and purchasing tracking at checkout so that you can keep track of your order.
