Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final unless an incorrect item was shipped. We do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped! Once it has been given to the Post Office, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. If you would like insurance, please request it when you check out and a nominal charge will be added to your invoice.

If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Due to the variations in screen colors, we do our best to describe the color of the fabric you are receiving. We encourage you to also view the fabric on the manufacturer's website if you are concerned.
Payment
We currently accept Paypal or Direct Checkout through Etsy for payment. An existing Paypal account is not required to pay via this method. If you would like to pay with any major credit card, simply select Paypal as your method of payment in the Etsy checkout, click on the green "Pay with Paypal" button, and follow the steps to pay with a credit card. Reserved listings that are not paid for within 48 hours will be forfeited and re-listed.
Shipping
Purchases will usually ship within 2-3 business days of payment (with the exception of presales). I will ship either USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on which is more cost effective.

**All first class mail will include tracking information. This will be emailed to you from orders [!at] pinkdoorfabrics.com. Please check your spam folders and trash if you do not see this email. We do not assume responsibility for items once they have shipped! After the package has been given to the Post Office, we are unable to replace lost or damaged items. If you would like insurance, please request it when you check out and a nominal charge will be added to your invoice.

Regarding Shipping: I will fit what I can in the packaging that is the cheapest for you. If you need any special shipping options, such as expedited shipping, registered mail, insurance or anything else, just leave me a message in the "Message to Seller" box when ordering, and I will make the necessary arrangements.

***INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE***

International shipments can take between 1-6 weeks to arrive, depending on the receiving country. The only tracking available for these shipments via the USPS is a label ID and, in some cases, the date it leaves the US. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your package to arrive, but I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. I will not offer refunds or replacements for items lost in the mail. No exceptions!
