Are your handmade items made in the USA?
Yes. All of my handmade items are made by myself in my home in Gardena, California in the United States.
An item I would like is out of stock, can I make a request that you stock it again?
If I can easily restock the item (if I have the supplies readily on hand), I most certainly will. For private listings (items that are intended for one specific buyer only), I will only keep the item on “hold” for a short time (usually a few days), before they are returned to the shop and made available for everyone else to purchase.
I like one of your craft supply items, but I need more units than you currently have available. Will I be charged if I ask for more?
The short answer is No. I will only ask for a payment (usually in full), for custom quantity listings that would require me to purchase supplies to complete, or if the items are personalized in such a way as to make them unsellable otherwise. Custom handmade items are different, and will vary case to case. Send me a message, and we can work something out. 😁
