For fabric and notions:
All fabric is shipped with tracking through the United States Post Office. An order which is not delivered will be reshipped if supplies are available. If no longer available, a refund will be issued.
For Paper Patterns:
There are no refunds if a pattern has been received. Patterns not received will be shipped again.
For Vintage items:
All vintage items are shipped with tracking through the United States Post Office. An order which is not delivered will be reshipped if supplies are available. If no longer available, a refund will be issued.
For PDF Downloads:
Once a pdf download starts the buyer will automatically lose their right to receive a refund.

If you buy a PDF and then realize it’s the wrong template, or you have a question – please DO NOT DOWNLOAD the PDF - email us first.

Etsy indicates when PDFs have been downloaded by a buyer.

If a PDF HAS NOT been downloaded we can issue a refund up to 14 days after the order was placed.
If a PDF HAS been downloaded, we will not be able to issue a refund.
