Payments via E-check on Paypal are welcome but please note the following information:
Until the e-check clears I will not begin to process your order. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering a custom item with a turnaround time as this will increase the amount of time it takes for me to complete an order. E-checks do vary on how long they take to clear and I can't guarantee a ship date or date that you will have the item in hand if payment is made with this payment method.
CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES:
Production times are estimates and may vary due to daily influx of orders that I hand make. Typically the production times are as follows:
**Customized leg warmers will ship 3-5 business days from date of purchase. If you need your order by a certain date please message me to see if it is possible for me to accommodate your need prior to purchasing.
**Custom made orders will ship 4-6 weeks from date of purchase.
If you must receive your order by a certain date please contact me prior to making your purchase and I will let you know if it is possible to accommodate your needs.
*If paid by E-CHECK the turnaround time will not begin until AFTER the check has actually cleared and the funds have been released to me.
E-check clearance depends on the bank and varies so I do not make guarantees as to when you will have an item in hand if this payment method is chosen.

**Please check your Etsy shipping address and ensure that it is the correct address before purchasing. If your order has already shipped and you realize that the address is incorrect, you will need to wait until the item is returned to me before I can re-ship. You will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

**Do you have the tracking number for my package?
Please note that you may find your your tracking information or customs number in the shipment notification as well as on your Pink Limonade invoice via your purchases under your account information.
International orders will not have tracking unless you pay for International priority shipping, which there is an extra cost for and is not included in your purchased listing. If you would like to pay additional shipping for Priority Int'l, please contact me PRIOR to purchasing and I will add in the cost of the additional shipping charges on your listing.
I do provide a customs number so that you can verify the package was in fact shipped to you. If you need the customs number please note that it is located under your Pink Limonade invoice in your purchases under your account information. I am not responsible for shipments that are stolen, lost or delayed as I don't control the package or what happens to it once it leaves my hands and is verified to be in the Post Office's possession.
**Your international shipping seems expensive? We always include a $4-8 fee for international orders, since we have to drive to the PO, wait in the long line & fill out the customs paperwork.
Refunds and Exchanges
**Pink Limonade is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed. Once a package arrives and is checked into a shipping agency it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for losses due to damage, lost or stolen goods, etc. If you would like your order insured please message me to have the cost of insurance added to your order.
**Pink Limonade is not responsible if your order has been shipped to the wrong address due to the checkout information or PayPal address or shipping address on Etsy being incorrect. If I receive a package returned due to an incorrect address I will contact you to get the corrected address. Any additional shipping charges will be the customers responsibility and must be paid to the Vintage Gypsy Mama prior to re shipping your item. Due to the custom nature of my items refunds will not be given.
**If paid via Paypal, I ship to the address listed on your PayPal account so please make sure your shipping address on your PayPal account is correct before you place an order. If you pay via a credit card instead of Paypal I will ship to the address listed on the invoice, please make sure the address is correct before submitting your order.
**Initiating an insurance claim is the customers responsibility.
If no insurance claim is submitted or is not submitted in a timely fashion and denied due to lapse of time Pink Limonade is not responsible.
**If your item is defective or you have received the wrong item, I am happy to exchange the item at no cost to you.
Please contact me within 5 business days of receiving an order with missing product or a defective item to initiate a correction or an exchange for unused items that have the original packaging. Pink Limonade is not responsible for items being damaged due to excessive wear and tear, or items being lost or damaged during shipment.
If your item has been used then I will be unable to issue a replacement for the product.
Due to the custom nature of my products there will be no returns or cancellations of an order after an order is placed, thus there will be no refunds as all sales are final.
Customers may request that their purchase be insured for shipping prior to shipping. Insurance does have an additional cost on top of the shipping price noted in the item listing. Shipments that are damaged during shipping and are not covered by insurance will not be the responsibility of the Vintage Gypsy Mama.
**My item arrived damaged!?
Contact me to receive your insurance information and I will do everything I can to make the claim process as pain free as possible.
I didn't purchase insurance! Insurance is additional on top of the item listing shipping price. Insurance must be requested and added on to the cost of shipping prior to purchasing your items. If you did not request insurance to be added to your purchase, Pink Limonade is not responsible for damages, losses, etc.
