► Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Please understand I have already shipped the item to you.

► Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please repackage the item safely.

►►►If you need to exchange for a different length, there will be a fee to cover return shipping and new materials.

Now accepting credit cards and gift cards! Also Paypal - eChecks can take up to 1 week to clear, so please allow for extra time for your order to be filled.

►Etsy and Paypal do not release your shipping address until echecks have cleared.

► I ship via USPS first class mail. Contact me if you would like to upgrade to Priority or Express.
► (U.S. orders only) will include a delivery confirmation.
► Packages sent outside the U.S. will go USPS first class international.
► Packages sent internationally will NOT have a confirmation number.

Please understand that sometimes Mr. Mailman likes to take the scenic route and can turn a four hour drive into a four day adventure. I unfortunately cannot speed up the delivery process. I can only be responsible for sending my packages out within a reasonable time period.

**Note: I do however say a little prayer to the post office fairy to deliver my packages on time! I may look into rain dances next.

Please be aware that your country may or may not charge a duty/customs fee to receive your parcel. It is the buyers responsibility to pay your country's customs fees. I cannot be responsible for any charges. It is a random process that is applied by your local customs office and I have no control over that.
