1 out of 5 starsordered & paid for on 1/26/23 as of 2/16/23 I still have not received it. when I asked the seller they just regurgitate their policy. I live in upstate ny the send from Fla, it should not take this long. and not only the shipping time, but the time they took to get it shipped was very slow

As everyone who has purchased at Abby Von Schloss, they understand that our shipping dates are from 1 to 3 weeks. The order in question was shipped within this time frame. Lastly, as all my customers understands, what and how the delivering service does it is outside of every seller/business' reach. We, at Abby Von Schloss, feel quite confident, as all of our customers have understood -and agrees- as our Etsy's "Smooth Shipping" awards shows, we make sure all of our products are delivered in the timeframe as promised.
