If you have specific questions or in doubts of your needs, PLEASE just message me, because most of the time, we can resolve it by customizing to your needs.

Domestic
• First Class: 2-6 business days
• Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

International
• First Class : 7-30 business days
• Priority : 6-10 business days
• All custom fees and import duties are NOT included in the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for all custom fees, import duties, and taxes should these be impose. If you have concerns about this, please find out the rules from your country prior to purchase.

CANCELLATIONS
Please contact me within 1 hour of purchase. I do not accept cancellation once fabric has been cut for a custom order.

ADDING INSURANCE TO YOUR SHIPPING
First Class package does not include insurance. You may need to upgrade to Priority Mail. Priority Mail provides insurance up to $100.00 USD. If you need to insure these package types for more than what is included, we can do so with small extra charge.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Item tracking is included in your order. If the tracking is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive the package, we are not responsible for the lost item. Missing packages marked "delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. Check with your local post office and mailman, many instances, they can locate it for you. Delivery confirmation is available the checkout. If the item is lost by USPS error, please contact me to discuss the issue.

WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it would be returned to us and we can ship the item out again for you upon receiving the item back in the mail. We will need to charge the Standard shipping rates to post the order again.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
• If you have any problem with your order, simply contact me within 14 days after receival of the item.
• Custom orders are not refundable, but please message me if there is any issue.
• Returns are accepted for eligible product(s) in new and unused condition in the original packaging for a full refund. Please return your item within 14 days after the receival. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.
• All product packaging must be returned with the product. Any product(s) that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
• Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
• For item that was eligible for free shipping, original shipping cost will be deducted from your account.
