Not happy to receive with the stand broken off - contacted shop and was told she would ask USPS to reimburse her and then she would refund me. So I have to return & wait? Or glue it myself? I should have listened to other buyers who had it arrive broken. The owner blamed to USPS but I don't buy that. It was boxed with padding but clearly she needs to add more padding like bubblewrap and a larger box. I was told to glue it myself. It just looks like it's not made very well. I can't imagine if I put my wedding cake on it and it breaks and ruins the cake!

I sent a pre-paid return label for her to return the item to me for a refund. Seven day's later and she still has not returned it. I do my very best to take care of issue's that come up. I can not control how the mail is handled and the item is in one piece when I ship it. I am working on resolving the issue with the 10 inch cake stand coming apart. I never ignore emails and take care of each issue if it shall arise.

Shipping
International shipments are not my responsability once I ship. If Item is shipped first class mail you can only track to customs in the US. I am not responsible for any custom charges or taxes. If you would like Insurance for International packages please let me know!
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds on Custom or reserved listings! Any problems with an order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of package for a refund. Returned item must be returned within 36 hours for a refund. I can not cancel an order after 24 hours of purchase. I do not refund shipping for returned items.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do not accept used items for a refund. If you do not give me the correct address and I get the item sent back you will need to contact me with the correct address and pay for shipping to have me ship it again to the correct address.
