Ms.Christina was super helpful and responsive to all questions asked. Shipping was SUPER quick, too. They came in about a week sooner than expected. I will more than likely be ordering another pair of heels from here!

RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges.
REFUNDS, about free shipping items, you will be charged the shipping costs that we paid to ship your order.
RETURNS, must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Please send back the item with a tracking number, for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please use the postal services, not courier services. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs
EXCHANGES, the buyers are responsible for return as well as for exchange shipping costs.
The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded.

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
-In case of refund for free shipping items, you will be charged the shipping costs that we paid to ship your order.
-In case of exchange, buyers are responsible for return as well as for exchange shipping costs.
-The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
-Items with a discount of at least 50% are non-returnable.
-Custom orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective. If your item is damaged or defective, you can only exchange the product for an identical new product (no refunds accepted).
-Concerning orders that include more than 2 pairs of shoes, buyers are not able to return all the pairs, but should keep at least 1 of them.
-The orders that the buyer refuses to receive, are non refundable.

We ship from Athens, Greece to Worldwide via DHL Express Worldwide services.
Estimated delivery times:
Australia: 3-4 business days
Greece: 1-2 business days
United Kingdom: 1-2 business days
United States: 2-4 business days
Europe: 1-2 business days
Asia Pacific: 2-4 business days
Russia is excluded for DHL network, so we ship FREE with Hellenic Post a priority Registered Air mail (delivery time 8-15 business days).
SIZE GUIDE
Most of the Pinky Promise sandals fit true to size. They are available in EU sizes and whole sizes. If you wear half sizes, then you should go up to the nearest whole size. Some designs are available in half sizes, please feel free to contact us.
They are made by genuine Greek Leather and as a result they slightly stretch with wear and naturally conform to the shape of your feet. Please check on each product page for specific sizing recommendations!
Before making a purchase, you can check our size chart and the description of each product.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We accept custom orders on specific designs. We make custom shoes in the color, the width and the style of the heel (stiletto heel instead of block heel). We would like to inform you that we can make half sizes and sizes 43, 44 in specific designs.
Please keep in your mind that the custom orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective. In the case that you will receive your custom order damaged or defective, you can only exchange the product for an identical new product (no refunds accepted).

DETAILS ABOUT THE ITEM
-We guarantee about our handmade sandals, for their quality and durability. They are made very carefully up to the last detail with the respect to the customers!
-Our leather sandals have breathable comfort and will take the shape of your feet overtime. The more you wear them, the more comfortable they will become.
-Please note that due to handmade nature of each product may vary slightly from the photographs! Slight variations in the colour shades are possible. Any pair of sandals is not identical, that make our products unique and one of a kind!
SHIPPING & HANDLING
-All products are packaged with care and are placed in our signature boxes with a non-woven pouch. Would you like to make a gift to your beloved one? Then ask us to wrap your boxes!
-When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number so you can track your package.
-We ship from Athens, Greece to Worldwide via DHL Express Services.
-Please provide us your telephone number because it’s required from the carrier in order to facilitate the delivery.
-Russia is excluded for DHL network, so we ship FREE with Hellenic Post a priority Registered Air mail (delivery time 8-15 business days).
-Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We aren' t responsible for delays due to customs.
