Thveee cutting wire was not lined up so I adjusted (and I know how), and the cutting wire broke. This is a gift that took WAY TOO LONG to get here and then it broke. Very unsatisfied.

I am sorry that you are unhappy with the product. I assure you that cheese slicer was in working order when I sent it out for delivery. You ordered the cheese slicer May 31 Saturday afternoon and I shipped it out Monday morning June 2 from the post office. I shipped according to the the shipping option you selected and paid for.

The quality of this cutting board is amazing! Not only is it beautiful, but the craftsmanship is top notch. There are also soaps and oils to use on the cutting board to keep it as beautiful as day one. I would highly recommend these products made by a very talented craftsman.
