Note from shop owner Hello. We're facing a severe delay on shipments made to US.

Brazilian correios states that because of a new rule from US Department of Transportation, all items shipped to US now have to be scanned (x-ray), and this is causing the unimaginable delay. This seems to make sense, as items sent to all other countries have been delivered in normal time.

We're really sorry and absolutely frustrated. We worked very hard to send everything super fast. We even closed earlier our etsy store to prevent frustrating people if there was a slow down in delivery times.
But never thought it could be this big, honestly. Items used to take 10 days to arrive.

We've been tracking every single item daily, and we noticed that the status on www.usps.com finally changed. We expect everything to be delivered soon.
Hope you enjoy receiving the puppets, despite this absurd and frustrating delay.

Our production is really really tiny, so all our items are made with an extra-care, you can bet that.

Here in Brazil we accept PagSeguro, a payment method similar to PayPal.
Shipping
Shipping is via Correios (www.correios.com.br), the brazilian postal service. All shipping methods have delivery confirmation.

Estimated shipping time is 13-18 business days to United States and Europe.

International shipping is somewhat expensive, sadly. But the shipping price will not change if you buy more than 1 item :D
