Everything has a story to tell, you just have to listen. Every item needs a home, their life has just begun.

A graphic designer by trade, I have always been attracted to things because of their shape and line. And sometimes, they are even more beautiful when a little worn for the wear. I believe beauty is in the flaw, which naturally makes me attracted to older things. Those things all have a history, a life they have led. But they want to go on living, in a new life. I try to help them find it.

Taken from a line in Coleridge’s Rime of the Ancient Mariner,
The Pious Bird of Good Omen is named in honor of a recurring character in my life that pops up when least expected but most needed. I like to think I do the same for all the treasures I find.

We accept all Etsy payment options, including money orders in USD. Please be aware payment by money order may mean delayed shipping, as I will wait until it has cleared before sending anything out.

Payment is always due at the time of sale. If you know that payment will be delayed, please let me know and we can try to work something out.

If I don't receive payment within 3 days of your purchasing an item, I will contact you via Etsy conversations. I may cancel your sale and report an unpaid item if necessary.

Shipping goes out every Monday following your payment clearance (or sooner if we can!)

We ship by USPS and UPS with domestic tracking. If you would like insurance, please let me know during time of purchase.

For any where outside the US, please convo us directly to calculate shipping costs.

I am located in Connecticut and within one hour of New York City so all items are available for local pick up. If you're not from the area and you're interested, just message me your location and I can quote you a shipping price.

Larger pieces require your coordination and teamwork. We like to use uShip and have had great experiences with them. If you are not familiar, check out their website.
Refunds and Exchanges
As most of our pieces are vintage or antique, any imperfections will be noted in the item description, so please read carefully before purchasing. Please email us prior to purchase or if you desire additional pictures.

If there is an issue with a purchase, please contact me immediately so I may work to resolve the issue before you leave feedback. You complete satisfaction is a top priority and I am here to help.

If you need to return your purchase, we are more than happy to take back our items in the condition they were shipped out in. Please contact me to let me know they are on their way and return them within 14 days of purchase.
