Welcome to the Pip Helix Emporium! Here, we present an ever-evolving collection of carefully curated pieces from the Pip Helix collective of artisans.

All items are handmade; most are one of a kind. Since you are here, we know that you value and appreciate the skill, time, thought and artistry that go into handcrafted creations.

We accept payment through PayPal. (Please note that if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal as a guest. Just follow the prompts in the checkout process.)

Payment is due at time of order.
Shipping is via USPS with delivery confirmation. Items ship Priority or First Class. Please contact us in the "message to seller" box if you require faster shipping and/or insurance, and we will send you a revised invoice.

International shipping is via the most affordable method available, usually USPS International First Class. Please be aware that shipments can take up to 6 weeks (or longer during peak holiday seasons). International customers will be responsible for any additional taxes or fees relevant to the laws of their country.

Items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Please make sure your Etsy and PayPal addresses are correct, and notify us in the "message to seller" box if you would like the item shipped to a different address.

We use recycled and environmentally friendly shipping materials.
Refunds and Exchanges
We take the utmost pride in each product sold by Pip Helix.

We try to accurately describe each piece in detail, however, if you have any questions or require further information, please contact us via Etsy convo prior to placing your order. We are happy to hear from you and will be glad to answer any questions or assist in your product selections.

Returns will be considered only under extreme circumstances or, of course, if there is an error on our part.

If you wish to request a return, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of the item. Product costs will be credited back to you when the product is received in the same condition in which it was shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you are perfume sensitive, please be aware that wool items are stored and frequently shipped with lavender bud sachets.
