These are great; high quality playing cards featuring your favorite immune cell friends. I bought these for my son (4) and another family member that spent over 30 years in autoimmune disease research, and they have been well received by both.

I was impressed with this; it is a high-quality, professionally produced book packed with information presented in a highly accessible fashion for a younger audience. My son (4) has been fascinated with the immune system (he sometimes pretends he's a macrophage), and this book provided a good primer on the various immune cells and their functions. It is also written in a practical way that he can grow with since there are some more advanced topics addressed in the book (particularly after the story portion as part of appendix and Q&A) that may not truly resonate until he is older. For kids that are growing up in the age of COVID-19, I think this is a great way to get them to understand and be comfortable with what's going on with their immune system.
