Most Pixel Garden items are available for instant download. You are purchasing a digital copy of the items only. No physical product will be shipped to you. All downloads are sent as .zip files.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, you will receive an Etsy email notificaton via email associated with your Etsy account. The email will contain a link to download the files.
For other payment methods it may take a little longer for the files to become available for download.
***If you don’t receive an email, please make sure to check your spam folder. If the e-mail is not there, contact me and I will resend the files.
***CUSTOM ORDERS***
Normally custom orders will be emailed to you within 1- 3 days time after your purchase. If you need the items sooner, please contact me before purchasing and we will work out the processing times.
***Please be sure that you have the necessary programs to work with the files. Pixel Garden will not be responsible if you don't make sure that you have software to open, extract and work with the digital files.
*** Please remember that colors of the digital items may vary depending on your monitor settings, printer you are using and paper you are planning to print on. Be sure to print a test sheet before printing the final amount of whatever you are planning to use Pixel Garden designs for.

* Small commercial use up to 100 units if you credit our shop in the description of your product. If you wish to use any of our digital items for large scale commercal use (more than 100 units), please purchase a commercial license.
