I originally gave this product a good review. However, the jaw bit of the t-rex has just snapped off. Someone must have bumped it in the shower, but even still it should not have broken so easily. It hasn't even been in use for a whole month. Very disappointed.

About

Printed Goods for the Greater Good

Pixel & Print is a husband and wife team that started in September of 2013 several months after the purchase of our 3D printer. When we first bought this piece of the future we didn't know what we were going to do with it, but it was mesmerizing to watch and we felt like we were on Star Trek. About 50 3d printed bunnies later we started working on our own designs, and people went crazy for them. We construct our designs using 3D modeling software and then print them on our Makerbot Replicator 2X using ABS plastic.

3D printers and 3D computer modeling have given us tremendous freedom in designing and making things we love. The beautiful thing about this technology is that there are no limits between the idea in our head and actually making the object. What kind of ideas do you have?

We also make rubber stamps that can be found on Felicetteshop.etsy.com

We do not out-source any of our manufacturing to other companies. Everything is done in-house and in our home.

I mostly operate the printers which included changing out filament, leveling build plates, unclogging nozzles, and so on. When I am not working on the printers I am packing up orders or rendering new designs.

Once the printer has finished it's job I take over and meticulously clean up stray filament on the teeth, seal the inside of the shower head with acetone to help with leaks, and drill out each shower sprayer to make sure it is clear.

oversees all shop operations and printing – but more often than not, can be found napping on the job.
