We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards and Etsy gift cards. Payment must be completed and cleared before we begin any design or print work. We will not send a design sample before a payment has cleared. NO exceptions.
Turnaround time for a proof is 24 hrs after placing an order. Printing, for most products, takes on average 2-4 business days. UPS ground shipping takes 2-3 business days, on average, to most US zip codes.
All items are printed in the USA and shipped via UPS ground shipping. We may use USPS to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Please understand we can not be responsible for shipping delays. We will ship to the address on file with Etsy, unless you tell us otherwise.
Refunds and Exchanges
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! Custom design and printed goods are not refundable. Shipping cost is not refundable. Once you purchase an item and payment clears you can cancel the order ONLY if we have not started designing and/or printing your order just yet. In the event you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. There will be NO REFUND if we have started working on your order. Please understand that our time is valuable, too. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. We will naturally refund 100% of your purchase at that point. If a client is being rude in his/her communication with us, we reserve the right to refuse to work with him/her and cancel the order. We will keep a part of, or the entire payment for services rendered. The amount/percentage we keep is for us to determine, depending on the amount of time we spent working on that client's order.
Additional policies and FAQs
Design turnaround: 1-5 days (depending on how quickly you get back to us and if you have an idea of what you want)
Printing, cutting and shipping, including delivery: please allow up to 2 weeks (10 business days) It usually takes 3-7 business days but we like to give ourselves some room in the event of snowstorms, hurricanes, power outages, etc.

Design turnaround time depends mostly on how quickly you submit information and artwork needed for us to design and also how quickly you reply to our messages.
In most cases we design and are ready to start printing within 2-7 business days of initial contact and payment.

- we work with ai, eps, psd, jpeg and pdf formats
- if you need a logo it will naturally be a vector logo (ai file format)
- when you buy a printed product you will receive printed goods only, NO high resolutions files will be given to you. We keep the digital files in perpetuity, barring catastrophic data loss, for the purpose of reprinting in the future. If you wish to re-order just let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

- we use industrial type digital printers and some really mean cutting machines
- please understand the sample images we will send you and you will see on your monitors will look different when printed. This is due to the different monitor color settings of every monitor.
- we will print your graphics as you give them to us, we will not manipulate them in any way, so make sure the images you are giving us are of good printing quality (minimum of 300 dpi)
- when preparing your images to submit to us: prepare files at 350 dpi in ai, eps, psd, pdf or jpeg file format; no borders, please; send the artwork in the dimensions we describe at the bottom of each product. Our email

Proof read your files carefully. Once you approve your files for printing we are not responsible for any typo, grammar and/or spelling mistakes you may have missed. It is your responsibility to make sure everything is correct.

Please use Etsy messenger to communicate with us. On occasion we may ask you to email us larger files or vector file formats, not supported by Etsy. Logo files have to be emailed, as Etsy does not support ai or eps file formats. Our email is info [!at]
