2 out of 5 starsDidn’t create the invitation in the correct color or design that was discussed and then wanted to charge me a couple different large fees to change the things that were wrong. It was never disclosed that their capabilities were very limited. Ended up going somewhere else to get the invitations done.

Hi Christina, Though we appreciate all feedback, I do believe this particular review is misleading and feel the need to reply. Per our conversation, there was no mention from you at any point about a custom illustration. Additionally, there was only one additional fee outside of the original, which was for the new request (venue sketch). We can't work for free and need to be compensated for the hours an illustration can take. Regarding the wrong color, you're right, I missed that. Since the project had robust design requests, I kindly asked a few times to change communication to email to streamline design requests. Unfortunately my request was ignored. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we do sometimes make mistakes (we’re humans ☺️). I'm very sorry you felt shorted in service.
