Pixie Pixie is two people and a mannequin. We sell clothes and accessories of our own design.

We sell our items at festivals and small local events, as well as online.

We've got lots of nice things and we post things out good and fast, and well packed. We live in and post from the UK.

The mannequin's name is Helga, by the way. She lives in a box called Box.

Shipping
We post out nice and quick. Usually next working day, but sometimes the day after that if we're busy. We post first class.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is something wrong with your purchase then of course we will do a refund.

If we stated the flaw in the description, if you read the size wrong or if you have just decided that it doesn't go with the curtains then you will need to cover the return postage cost. Basically, if it's our fault then we pay for return postage and if it's not then you will need to.

The item must be returned unworn and as new within 14 days to qualify for a refund.
