I'm Kat Donegan and I'm a designer, photographer, artisan, and mom to three adorable dogs, Gizmo, Gadget, and Glitter. I've been creating art since I could hold a pencil and officially got into artisan crafting in 2011. Now, I want to share all my creations with the world!
Pixsqueaks is inspired by pets and pet lovers everywhere. This business started out as my senior project in college many years ago. I began by sewing cute little bowties for dogs, then ventured out and experimented with other materials. Eventually, I discovered techniques with mixed media which are the designs you see today.
My goal is to provide you with accessories that express you and your pet's paw-sonalities. Pet ID tags out in the market are boring, generic, and lack character. I believe things can be practical, usable, and beautiful. My pet ID tags are not only aesthetically interesting, but they also provide you with peace of mind. You're able to fit a lot more information on my pet ID tags than on a normal one you frequently see in stores. Additionally, my creations are lightweight, odorless, splash resistant, and super duper shiny!
I'm a UX/UI Designer by day, and the ultimate crafting ninja by night. Being in my studio makes me feel so zen, no matter how busy I get. I'm always designing or thinking about design. I love creating things that are not only unique but things that make people excited and happy!
