If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please convo me.
If you contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase with any problems you may return the item(s) for a full refund.
Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping costs.
Item(s) must be returned in the exact condition in wich you received them.

All the shippments are insured so I only refund when they are lost. i am not responsible of customs delay.

All the shippments are sent through Correos Spanish, so they are insured.
