Best service I have had on Etsy in a long time! The government announced lockdown for 5 days and my wedding is next weekend! the day I was meant to go pickup my book of course was not possible as we were in lock down, so the beautiful owner made sure I got the book before we all went into lockdown, she went out of her way to make sure I received the item in time before restrictions were put back in victoria, I couldn’t finalise my book in time for her to ship it out to me as it might take too long in the post (due to lockdown) and this beautiful owner went out of her way to deliver the item for me! I did not expect her to offer this service of course it’s usually (shipping only) she was sooo generous she went beyond expectations for me to have my wedding book in time.
I could not believe such kindness.
I highly recommend!!
